How long after I place an order online will it be available for pickup?
  • Turn around time is 3-4 business days, Wednesday - Sunday. Please wait for us to contact you before coming by the shop to collect your items.

Do you offer exchanges/returns?

  • We offer returns yet shipping costs must be covered by the client

If I have an issue with the item, what do I do?

  • Please notify us asap if the item has arrived damaged or there are any issues. We will do our best to make things right.

Do you accept cancellations?

  • Due to the nature of our handmade business, we do not accept cancellations.

Do you have more of a certain product?
